SUMMER SHORTS
The aims of the Summer Shorts programme are:-
to provide alternative activities for ALP members at a time when no production is underway
to provide the community with an alternative to play presentations
to recruit new members
Events are free, open to the general public and will take place at 8pm in the barn. Donations accepted.

Thursday 15th May Theatre based Quiz
Tuesday 20th May Informal readings of "HARLIQUINADE" by Terence Rattigan and "The RESCUE" by Peter Jones (the reading of the latter will form the basis of casting for the rehearsed reading at the end of the session)
Thursday 29th May Workshop on theatre combat presented by Richard and Lindsey Kirby.
JUNE 2025
Tuesday 3rd June Informal readings of "AFTER MAGRITTE" by Tom Stoppard and "TELLING IT" by Annie Connell (the reading of the former will form the basis of casting for rehearsed reading at the end of the session)
Thursday 12th June "The ALP Story" Presentation on aspects of ALP activities past and future.
Tuesday 17th June Workshop on voice work and presentation by Annie Farr.
Thursday 26th June Parlour Games evening
