The Abbots Langley Players are a community theatre group that has been entertaining audiences for over 60 years.
With a talented cast and crew, we produce a wide range of shows, from comedies to classic plays.
Performed in the Henderson Hub and rehearsed against the backdrop of the Abbots Langley Barn, steeped in history, the magic of theatre comes alive, making us a beloved part of our local community.
New members to ALP, both backstage and onstage, are always welcome. Annual membership fees are £25 for full membership and £12 associate membership. UPCOMING PERFORMANCES
Thank you to all who attended the 2025 SUMMER SHORTS programme which replaced our usual summer production. Thank you also to Pat Hibberd and Annie Connell and their team for organising such an interesting programme. It looks as though this idea will probably be repeated in 2027.
We are currently finalising the production for November 2025. This is likely to take the form of three one act plays. Dates for read-throughs and auditions have been set and can be found on the Social Events page. All will take place in the barn at 8pm. Please do come along.
The Abbots Langley Players would also like to thank all those who came to support our May 2025 production of "Rules for Living" which was very well received.
