The Abbots Langley Players are a community theatre group that has been entertaining audiences for over 60 years.
With a talented cast and crew, we produce a wide range of shows, from comedies to classic plays.
Performed in the Henderson Hub and rehearsed against the backdrop of the Abbots Langley Barn, steeped in history, the magic of theatre comes alive, making us a beloved part of our local community.
New members to ALP, both backstage and onstage, are always welcome. Annual membership fees are £25 for full membership and £12 associate membership. UPCOMING PERFORMANCES
Thank you to all who attended the 2025 SUMMER SHORTS programme which replaced our usual summer production. Thank you also to Pat Hibberd and Annie Connell and their team for organising such an interesting programme. It looks as though this idea will probably be repeated in 2027.
Sadly we had to make a decision to cancel our November production in the Henderson Hub as a number of potential cast members were committed to performing in Memories from the Home Front - part of the celebrations marking the 8oth anniversary of the end of WW2.
We are working on an exciting new production scheduled for March 2026. Watch this space for further details!
